Several weeks later some near the grassblades...late afternoon..
Katie sits on her long with a stick paddle and makes its across the very large pond with no problem. She pushes her log forward to the shore a few meters in front of her. Seconds later she feels her log hit the shore with a soft thumb. She stands on the shore her dynamic red g-string bikini hardbod and auburn hair gleam under the sun like a rare jewel. Her green eyes search to and fro for any form of a carnivore that would pursue her for dinner.
For now Katie is safe.
She grabs a small strong vine and she climbs up the pond's half mud,half rock shore. She reaches the top with no problem. Now standing she notices the grassblades are short still Katie feels like she's in a strange jungle but for now she's feel safe or is she?
Katie follows a slim trail through the grass. She hears sounds of distance thunder but it doesn't matter being Thumbalina size she's adapted to and this is new home. "Boy I feel lost in this strange grass," She murmurs and she sees some giant trees beyond the grass. Katie knows that being small is a blessing and a curse. She wonders if it's her curse. But she doesn't care.
She quickly snakes back into the forest again. She welcomes the huge trees to give her cover but she knows that isn't guranteed. She knows sooner or later that a human man would find her and take her for his live doll,a fear she fears the most.
She has no idea that another creature wants her: the troll.
Katie can't help feel something is watching her. But she doesn't know what she wonders if the fairies are pursuing her for thier own ends. But if they were they would've recapture her a long time ago. Before Katie could take another step some hidious Antmen surround her. She surrenders and without explaination her wrists are bound behind her back. She marches with them no question asks. She murmurs "Who are you? Why do you want me?"
"Something else wants you Katie," The Antman declares as he prods her along. She feels his clawhand on her arm. Katie knows she has not much of a choice since she's slightly smaller than they are. Katie continues to march with them and she sees some dark lighted house a few miles away. She shivers at the thought of what lives in that house....
A garden a few hours later...
A giant malevolent shadow sits in its chair, Katie sees it and its odd shape makes her shiver as she marches closer. Moments later she's standing at his feet. "Ah you find the cute human!!" a huge voice echos.
The stronger leader Antman shoves Katie forward. Giant stubby fingers wrap around her and she squeals and shrieks. Katie sees the ugly face and realizes she's been given to an ugly troll. She squirms in the stubby fingers hold on to her.
Katie faints as the troll disappears in the shadows of his house.....
