Somewhere in the vast,gigantic forest...
Katie doesn't know how long she slept. All she knows the rain,a heavy rain, has stopped. A dream stirs her awake with a startle. She rubs her exquiste green eyes. She can't believe still she spent the night in a jar. She rises up within the jar and stretches her perfect hardbod muscles.
Her shoulder length curly red auburn hair glistens under a high rising morning sun. She finds the sunlight warm and corformting.
Still she isn't her normal 5ft size but she's fine with it.
Katie steps out of the jar and feels soft mud under her feet. A gentle wind blows the grass blades in and around her. All she's knows she's lost and bewildered from the strange events of yesterday. She follows a trail through the grassblades. She sees a giant boot print embedd in the mud.
"Uh-Oh,I'm truely in the Land of the Giants," She murmurs softly. Yet being small and amidst larger than life grassblades and even larger trees, she feels like she's an alien in a familiar alien land. She follows the huge foot prints....
Katie knows the forest is huge and vast. At her small doll size or ant size, she grapples with the hugeness of it all. She would frequently gaze up for giant men who might find her. She wishes had some weapon to defend herself with. Yet this forest doesn't feel as it seems. It doesn't feel like earth but something else and Katie can't put her finger on it.
It feels like earth but not the earth. "Maybe it's my new size that's messing me up," Katie declares as she moves forward through the grassblades. The wet mud dirt below her now feels soft and hard under her feet. She glances back.
Katie isn't sure where she is. She eventually reaches a huge familiar tree and she sits between the roots of the famliar tree. All she knows she's hungry from her walk and her muscles ache. She doesn't feel tired but exhausted from her long trek.
"At my size this forest is vast." She murmurs. She sighs agains and her eyes look for something to eat. The she spots a huge fresh peach. She gets up and wonders to it and peels off the skin and eats the sweet fruit. The peach cures her hunger pangs. She drags it back to the tree where she could eat more of it if she has too...
At the sametime she can't shake the notion of something quietly stalking her. Something uearthy. Something not human...
